“Healthcare Provider Stamps Requirements ”

In Jordan, the HCPs are required to put stamps on their submitted claims in accordance to law number(20) for the year 2001 in which the methodology and basis for calculating the value of the required amount of money for the stamps is determined to simplify things on the HCP body, NatHealth has provided an automated calculator for that purpose.

Stamp Calculation

The government stipulates as per law no. (20) For the year 2001 on collecting income stamps as per the following conditions:

• No income stamps will be collected on total claims and invoices that has a value < 50JOD.
• The fee payable is 0.006 multiplied by the total claims > 50JOD per month over & above, 500 fils will be added on the total claims value.
